"Fine overall, but nothing special"
I ordered from Capresso and the whole thing was just kind of okay. The website was easy enough to get through, but it didn’t feel especially polished or smooth.

Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I ended up checking the tracking more than once just to see what was going on. The product did arrive in good condition though, so no complaints there.
I did reach out to customer service and they eventually replied, but it kind of felt like nobody really read my message. The answer was slow and a bit generic. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wasn’t exactly impressed either. I’d maybe order again if the price was good.

"The extra features didn’t do much for me"
I bought this from capresso.com thinking all the extra settings would actually make a difference, but most of them just feel kind of unnecessary. The coffee still comes out average, and messing with the controls is more annoying than helpful. I really wanted to like it, but yeah, it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Kept getting transferred and still no response"
I reached out to support twice and kept getting transferred around, but no one actually followed up with me. It’s been days now and I still haven’t heard anything back. Frustrating.

"Repair took forever and didn’t even fix it"
I sent my machine in for repair sometime around late March, or maybe early April, and then basically waited for weeks with hardly any updates. When I finally got it back, the exact same problem was still happening. I reached out to customer service, but it felt like they didn’t really care or want to help. Super frustrating experience.

"Good, but kinda expensive"
The coffee maker works fine and the delivery was okay, so I can't really complain too much. That said, for what it costs, I expected it to feel a bit sturdier. It's not a bad buy, I'm just not totally convinced it's worth the extra money compared to some cheaper options.

"Weak coffee, every single time"
The coffee just comes out weak. Kind of sour too. I tried different beans. Different grinds. Cleaned the machine. Swapped the filters. Same thin taste every time. For what it costs, I expected a decent cup at least. Disappointed.

"Expected More From Capresso"
I was expecting a bit better from Capresso, so this was kind of a letdown. Right out of the box, the build felt cheaper than I thought it would, the plastic seems thin, the lid doesn’t line up quite right, and a few parts already feel a little loose.

It did work at first, so it’s not like it was completely useless, but based on the price and the brand, I expected something sturdier. It just doesn’t give me confidence that it’ll hold up long-term, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"It works fine, but it’s a bit..."
It works fine, but it’s a bit bulkier than I thought it would be and takes up more room on the counter than I expected. I also wish the instructions were a little clearer, especially for getting it set up the first time.

"Decent foam, but I feel stuck with it"
The froth is okay, but it usually comes out kind of thin. It works enough that I keep using it, but not well enough to be excited about it, so I feel a bit trapped with a product that’s just average

"It’s fine, but I kind of expected better"
I feel a little embarrassed admitting how much I hyped this up in my head, but the espresso is just okay. Some shots come out decent, but the crema isn’t always there and the temperature feels a bit hit or miss. Not terrible, just not as amazing as I was hoping.

"I ordered from capresso.com figuring it would ship..."
I ordered from capresso.com figuring it would ship quickly, but nope, it just seemed to sit there forever with barely any updates. I kept checking and getting more impatient because I actually needed the item soon. When I reached out to support, they weren’t really much help either. The whole thing was frustrating, i don’t think I’ll order directly from them again.

"Way too loud for morning coffee"
I actually bought this Capresso machine thinking it would be a good everyday coffee maker, but wow, it’s way louder than I expected. It rattles so much that it can wake people up in the house, even when the kitchen door is closed. I don’t need it to be silent or anything, but dealing with that noise every morning gets old fast. I actually ended up going back to my old machine. Disappointed.

"Didn’t last like I hoped"
Bought it from Capresso. At first, good. No complaints. But after a few months, things started slipping. Grinder got really loud. Coffee came out weak. Then it would just shut off. Randomly.
I cleaned it. Read the manual. Did what it said. Still, same problems kept coming back. For the price, I expected it to last years. Not deal with little issues all the time. Wouldn’t buy it again.

"I really wanted to like this Capresso coffee..."
I really wanted to like this Capresso coffee maker, and in some ways I do, but wow, the water tank is frustrating. One minute I’m happy making coffee, and the next I’m annoyed because it feels like I’m refilling the reservoir constantly, even when it’s just coffee for two people.
For the price, I expected a larger tank or at least a design that didn’t feel so inconvenient. It’s not the end of the world, but it definitely takes the joy out of using it. I wish I had paid closer attention to that before buying.

"Got exactly what I ordered"
Everything showed up exactly as I ordered, which shouldn’t feel surprising but with some places it’s ridiculous how often they mess things up. No issues here at all.

"I don’t know, the whole thing just..."
I don’t know, the whole thing just felt disappointing right away. The box was all smashed and ripped up, and there wasn’t really any padding inside. The machine ended up with scratches on it, which is frustrating

"Warranty help literally went nowhere"
I tried getting help with the warranty, but it was frustrating. Support was slow, and I felt like they literally just kept passing me from one person to another without actually solving anything.

"I’ve been liking this coffee maker so far..."
I’ve been liking this coffee maker so far. I can set it up the night before and have coffee ready when I wake up, which is the main reason I got it. The buttons confused me at first, and I’m still not totally sure if I figured it out the first day or after using it a couple mornings, but now it feels simple. I do wish the display was a bit brighter, especially when I’m half-awake trying to check the time. Overall, it works well and the programmable feature is really convenient.

"Just didn’t work with my usual beans"
I bought this from Capresso it just doesn’t seem to like the beans I normally use. It kept jamming, and the grind was coming out all uneven and kind of strange. Maybe it’s fine with a different type of bean or something, I don’t know, but for me it was just... not great. Got annoying quickly and didn’t feel worth dealing with.

"Product info could be clearer"
I was checking out a coffee maker on capresso.com, and the product info felt a little too bare-bones. A few specs were listed, but I still had to go searching elsewhere just to figure out basic things like the filter size and which parts come off for cleaning.
The site itself worked fine, but the product pages could definitely be more helpful. It’s extra frustrating when companies kind of lean on the whole “that’s just our policy” excuse instead of giving clearer details upfront. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying when you’re trying to compare models and make a simple decision
